Our Services
Services
Industrial Coating Specialist (formerly known as All Day Industrial Painting) runs a full-scale in-house coatings operation. The shop is 36,000 sq. ft., contains five booths (4 for wet coat and 1 powder coat) that are air, climate and sprinkler controlled and can accommodate up to 60′ long x 13′ wide. We also have a 20 foot oven room when specifications require it. We have a 42′ long sandblasting booth so we can support your needs on a turnkey basis. Three 16′ x 14′ grade level doors and heavy lifting capabilities, including four overhead cranes, allow us to support almost any size job.
Powder Coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of products. All quality Powder Coating and liquid paint jobs start with a thorough pretreatment of sandblasting.
The powder coat is a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin. The powder is applied with an electrostatic gun to the negatively grounded part. The powdered part is baked at temperatures up to 425 degrees in a curing oven to achieve a uniform, durable, and high quality attractive finish. The electrostatic process enables the powder painters to get high film builds on your parts. The benefits include:
- High impact resistance
- Uniform control of finish
- Color and texture variety
- Durability
- Environmentally friendly
Liquid Coating such as water-based coatings, Polyurethanes, Epoxies, CARC coatings are just a few of the liquid coatings that are sprayed at Industrial Coating Specialist (formerly known as All Day Industrial Painting). Whatever your specifications require, your job can be smooth coated to a Class A finish or textured to match any chip provided.
Detailed masking performed as per blue print specifications. Colors can be matched exactly to meet your needs. Liquid Coatings are an excellent option when powder coating is not feasible. Quality control programs are tailored to each customer’s expectations and needs and may include the following:
- Gloss level
- Adhesion
- Mill thickness
- Hardness
Industries Served
Civil Structures
Manufacturers of civil structures like pedestrian bridges and boardwalks turn to Industrial Coating Specialist. These structures are coated to withstand the harshest environments while providing a low maintenance, long life asset to the local community. As a result, these products are perfect for coastal, marine and environmentally sensitive areas.
Communications
With the proliferation of wireless communications and the costly maintenance due to environmental wind, UV and weather exposure, All Day Industrial Painting can quickly get your 5G or IoT cell tower equipment back into production.
Construction
Heavy and light machinery is constantly subjected to heavy, constant use and a rough environment. Let All Day Industrial Painting restore and protect the investments you have made in your construction equipment.
For home construction, we work with vinyl window suppliers to coat their products to meet specific color and protection specifications.
Manufacturing
Industrial working environments can be extremely tough on a company’s valuable machinery. Application of industrial strength protective coatings to your company’s assets is vital to insure uptime and, more importantly, achieving your expected Return on Investment.
Many major manufacturing contracts have been awarded based upon the appearance of the production area of a manufacturing facility. Plant inspections by potential clients prior to awarding a supplier contract are now commonplace.
Most, if not all certifications require housekeeping assessments. Making your plant look like a safe, well run operation comes from hard work making sure staff, equipment and machinery are all being well looked after. This is what a customer wants to see. It gives them confidence in your operation.
There is no better investment in a production line than nicely paint-detailed machines. Staff will respect the equipment they’re operating more when it looks like their employer cares about it.
Marine/Offshore
Being exposed to rough weather, extreme heat and cold, and extremely corrosive salt can certainly take their toll on the exterior and interior of any type of metal substrate in a marine environment. All Day Industrial Painting provides the same surface preparation and coatings application on each substrate that enters the shop. It doesn’t matter if it’s fresh out of the factory or an old sea dog.
Mining/Excavation
The mining industry covers the extraction, pre-treatment, processing & refining and transportation of minerals such as gold, copper, coal, potash and aluminum. In this industry high value assets face a unique corrosion challenge due to the combination of impact, abrasion and chemical attack.
Separating metals and minerals from ore can require corrosive chemicals, heat and advanced equipment.
All Day Industrial Painting has supported clientele with mining and excavation needs to protect their valuable assets and preventing unplanned maintenance shutdowns through our remediation and corrosion protection services.
Petrochemical
Pipelines and valves are a pervasive part of our national landscape serving as the arteries that carry water, gas, and oil where it’s needed, and carrying away waste water to treatment plants.
Over time the exterior and interior of those pipelines can take a beating from the elements on the outside and the substances flowing within. When even the smallest pipe or valve falls victim to corrosion due to poor maintenance or the wrong preventative coating or lining, the economical and environmental effect of that break can touch thousands, even millions of lives in an instant. Factor in the new pipelines needed as new developments in hydraulic fracturing that help bring once unreachable deposits of natural gas to the surface, and you have a whole lot of pipe, old and new, that needs proper protection.
All Day Industrial Painting has invested in the right tools and technology needed to prepare the interior and exterior of the pipeline and valves for the heavy-duty epoxy and polyurethane coatings that can be applied to keep a pipeline flowing and functional.
Utilities
The power and utilities industry supplies the electricity or natural gas we use daily to heat and power our homes and businesses on a 24×7 basis. Even the smallest disruption of service caused by corrosion can put tens of thousands in the dark.
As the need for more sustainable forms of energy production rises, so are the number of wind turbine farms going up across the country. More and more, these wind-powered generators are becoming an important enhancement to any commercial utility company’s ability to produce economical electricity for customers everywhere.
In order to create the energy they provide to our nation’s cities and towns, these wind turbines are built where weather conditions make them the most efficient. That means they are exposed to constant winds, heat, UV and precipitation, which cause corrosive damage that could mean “lights out” if not treated properly.
Maintaining the integrity of power and turbine plant equipment, machinery, and other structures is part of what we do best. With our surface preparation and high-quality industrial coatings application, we know how to fully protect your plant metallic components from the dangers corrosion can cause.
We approach each project with quality and efficiency, but also in the safest manner possible.
