Founded in 2008, Industrial Coating Specialist (formerly known as All Day Industrial Painting) provides industrial and commercial painting and coating services for the protection and cosmetic enhancement of metal substrates. Our core competency lies in the professional application of the highest quality protective coatings using consistent methodologies. We are dedicated to quality, safety and efficiency.
We run a full-scale in-house coatings operation. The shop is 36,000 sq. feet., contains five booths that are air, climate and sprinkler controlled and can accommodate up to 60′ long x 13′ wide. We have a 42' long sandblasting booth to support refinishing needs. Three 16′ x 14′ grade level doors and heavy lifting capabilities, including four overhead cranes, allowing us to support almost any size job.
Safety
We meet or exceed Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the City of Dallas Air Quality Compliance Program requirements for emissions and provide certified emissions reporting to these government agencies. Our TCEQ Regulated Entity Number is RN100638162.
Quality
Our coating applications help prevent corrosion caused by environmental hazards such as atmospheric exposure, fumes, moisture permeation and immersion. Coatings systems can be custom engineered to provide maximum UV resistance, chemical resistance, high temperature stability and waterproofing characteristics. Pre-coating surface preparation is included in all of our installations.
